I got disconnected on one game because my internet went out and when I logged back on I had a 20 minute leaverbuster even though I haven't left a game in forever.. I used to leave a lot as a pre 30 noob but I've been lvl 30 for awhile now and haven't left in ages and I get kicked one game and now I got 5 queues for 20 mins. I don't think I deserve this

You admitted to having a history of it and now you got punished and like the entitled person you are, you say you don't deserve it. RIOT needs to start banning accounts of people like you for repeated AFK's and stop slapping you on the wrist.

OP, your LeaverBuster level will go down based on the number of games and how frequently you play, not based on a set time limit. If you keep playing games without leaving, it will eventually go down enough for you to not be timed out when something like this happens again.

Maybe not but habitual leavers need to be banned.
