If you have been punished before with a total of 35 games of restricted chat, and a 14 week ban before receiving this permanent ban... Then the only person you can blame is yourself since you never improved your own behavior.

Just deal with it and move on.

You can submit a support ticket, but they will not remove a ban unless it was issued in error.

If you want the community can review your logs if you post them and tell you what got you punished.
