so i just got 25 game chat ban. i was false reported in my last game after doing literally nothing. guy on my team was being toxic. called him out for it. nothing special. i was not even remotely close to needing a ban for that. yet they used two games that both happened 6 or MORE days ago as other chats used in which i did not get banned for as other reasons. like since when did you even look at chats from weeks prior to determine if someone needs a chat ban. and 25 games? really? ill admit i was in a pissy mood and was a subsantial bit toxic in those two games but if they were almost if not over a week old why in the world is brought up now after a false report... the instance that i just got reported for seriously was nothing of me being toxic. guy came into the game looking to troll and be toxic. called me a crybaby all game for quite literally no reason. i did nothing that was remotely complaining. says that im flaming and blaming him. when i literally didnt say a single word to make him think as such. he reports me and these things from a week ago make me get a chat ban. thats a bit messed up if you ask me

You are only punished for your actions and chat. You get punished based on severity and frequency. If you were "falsely reported" then nothing would have happened to you. If you feel like you were incorrectly punished, then you can write a support ticket or share your chat logs.

As for how far back into your history this goes, I'm not sure what that limit is.

The system considers your recent history, even going back a couple weeks, when evaluating a new report. There is no acceptable level of toxicity - if you are toxic, you risk being punished for it.

I doubt your third game is as innocent as you try and make it sound. If you would post the chat logs, we can help you identify where you crossed a line.

Keep in mind that your next punishment is likely to be a 14 day suspension, even for "minor" toxicity.

Elitezealot2797: do you go into games looking to troll and be a %%%%?

You're lucky that you didn't get a 14-day ban since you've used a trigger word.

Remember :

If you end up in a game with an abusive player, don't lower yourself to their level.

I get it can be frustrating, usually i reply to flame using sarcasm/jokes and cute words like i call the flamer sweetie or something. Don't lower yourself to their level :)

Dude, lay off the "literally". Anyways, calling someone out can range from insulting them, to a neutral observation. It doesn't really mean anything to us. We need chat logs. But anyways, of course they keep track of your behavior from weeks ago. Why wouldn't they? You think everyone's behavioral history should just disappear after a mere week?

Edit: read the logs. Oh the discrepancy between your description and your actual logs is monumentally huge. You are terrible at recalling events.

Grow up kid. So ironic you come here playing the victim when you accuse someone of doing it in game. Do you really not see the irony? It’s comical. Grow up and learn from your mistakes.
