Hi, I was just wondering if the new Honor System will reset those who are in a reform period, or if they will still need to show good behavior to receive a fresh start.
Can we get honor to give something other than just key fragments? I currently have 28 keys and can't get chests or enough blue essence to do anything with. Or can there be an option to trade in 4 keys for a chest or something similar?

The video released today indicates everyone starts at rank 2 (baseline) of the honor system. So you'll get keys for just playing games. As it pertains to punishments (say you just got off a 14-day ban) I don't think it resets that your punishment account standings, but it didn't say anything about that.
i doubt they will lift bans, if those people are lucky maybe they'll get the extra rewards reform time reset after their punishment ends
