Why some dodges shouldn't be punished and why we should be able to kick people from Champion Select

Hello. I am pissed at something that recently happened in one of my champion selects. I was playing draft mode and some guy got first pick support. He complained a lot but didn't ask to switch. He said he was going Olaf jungle in the ban phase. We all told him to not troll, but since he was first pick so we couldn't stop him. I was supposed to be playing jungle and this pissed me off. I am someone who likes to play mostly top and jungle, but I can play other roles. And after multiple games as support and other auto fill roles, I was happy I got one of my main roles, and there is no way in hell i was gonna play with this asshole. So I dodged. Now I have a queue penalty , and I know 5 minutes isn't that bad, but I think my dodge was justified. I wanted to get this out there because I have an idea. I think we should be able to kick people out of Champion Select with a vote, like a surrender, that would then punish the troll for griefing or misconduct or whatever. Also, parties of 4 who would want to keep kicking people out and stuff would have to re-queue so they wouldn't just go around and kick people to get them banned. I think this would really help get rid of trolls and toxic players because it punish them and since you need 4 people to kick someone so it does have to be mutual and 1 person can't just get rid of someone that's pissing them off. In conclusion this is a system that I think should really be implemented into the game because of it's beneficial impact to the community to stop trolls and other griefers.

Re-queuing isn't really that difficult, so the potential for abuse is high.

Regardless, while this sounds nice, it's also pretty problematic. Suppose I'm an ACD player who plays a non-meta champion, and I'm not a fan of the current meta champions. I go into a Normal Draft or Ranked Draft game, and select the champion I like and am comfortable with. My allies don't want that -- they want the popular "meta" champions, and think I'm an idiot. They kick me. Have I done anything wrong? No, not at all. So why should they be able to force me out of a game like that?

Basically, this could become extra enforcement on the popular meta picks, given how many people are unwilling to see "bad" champions in their games, and that worries me greatly.

All dodges should be punished. Especially in ranked. What does someone's MMR and Gold status truly mean if she achieved it by dodging or kicking every time things looked bad? Absolutely nothing.
