Just had a game where an enemy team player was being a total Jerk .. Clearly un-afraid of any consequence .. Using out right hate words Ni short for the N-bomb , and words like black slave... Between the fact that there is no more tribunals, and the reporting system is automated.. Do people like this who game chats actually ever get punished?

Im pretty sure I was the only person from my team who reported him along with one of the guys own team mates. But again, Febos, its all automated.. None of the words he used in itself are bad words, hence the "Dumb AI" wont find anything wrong with the chat. This guy clearly had no fear of getting caught..
Yeah, I meant to say Fooling the AI, not spoofing. UGH (Was a bit annoyed when i wrote this and not thinking straight )

People on your country often forget that freedom of speech doesn't correlate to freedom of consequence. You're indeed allowed to say whatever you want, but don't forget Riot isn't the US government. The 1st amendment "protects" you from your government, but it doesn't "protect" you from a private company. We play Riot's game, so we must abide by their rules.

Great! You only need one report - yours - to trigger the system. More reports from a single game don't add weight to the punishment.

The system is more complex than that. It isn't a filter. In a nutshell, the IFS is like a collective brain of the community. If the majority of the community agrees with you (meaning that behaviour is frown upon by most of us), then a punishment may happen.
Don't forget we don't always receive notifications for when punishments are issued. For all you know, he may have received a chat resctriction.

If their legitimately trying to bypass the system then it's a much lower chance that they'll get detected if at all. The offender you described is doing a bad job bypassing the system since he's using zero tolerance words (the n - word)
