Your post you linked was removed because Naming & Shaming isn't allowed on the Boards. If you want to report someone for botting, you can do so in-game or via a ticket to Player Support. The same goes with the information you posted in this discussion that I edited out. There's no reason to post that here on the Boards.
oh also I think I found a botnet thats being used to DDoS riot

They are being deleted because you are including very personal information. Instead, send in a support ticket directly to Riot with your intel using the support tab at the top of the site.
