In higher ELO, bots occur less frequently, it will get better.

Smileyface2 votesFirst off, what makes this game a pay to win game? Literally all you can buy are skins and IP/XP bonuses. No amount of money is going to give you the amount of skill to play a hard champion, such as azir.
Secondly, I'm sure Riot has address the issue of bots, and if you report the bots, Riot will likely ban them.

Smileyface1 votesThe way bots work is that a player manually signs on and leaves the bot to do the rest. If they added a reCAPTCHA every time you got queued for a game, it'd get really annoying, and it would possibly drive players away. If you don't want to see bots, play normal games, and save aram for higher elo.

justaminorthreat1 votesLiterally have not seen a bot since like season 3, and that was when I was showing a friend the game in coop vs ai we had a bot on our team that tried its hardest to kill wolves over and over... OOOOOh wait I'm a liar, how could I forget about doom bots.... ;) But in all seriousness if you're seeing bots, just keep playing and you should climb out of that match making real quick.
