Calling someone toxic

When you play a game and people are harassing you just because your match up wasn't in your favor or you're losing your lane due to lack of skill or what not, can you be punished and get perma banned just because you called them out and said they are toxic. No threats were given and nothing was said to them about how much they sucked nor any harmful words but "you are toxic" just so they know what they are saying isn't helping the situation and is affecting the whole team as a whole and not just me alone.

You're punished based off frequency and severity. If you are recently off a 2 week ban, lighter, but still punishable behavior can trigger a permaban.

So, if this is a rare event, I would not expect a punishment. I would point out that just leaving out harassment and curse words doesn't mean you'll be entirely free of punishments. Plenty of people can still be dicks without doing either of those things.

Does it really matter? This game is losing attention every day and the player bans only make it worse, no matter what Rito has been drip feeding most of u lately, the numbers are down, pubg actually has just as many if not MORE active players.. and guess what, YOu DONT GET BANNED FOR TALKING SHIT, IN A VIDEO GAME, WOAAAAAAWWW

First hand I know what you mean but if you are coming off a 14 day ban like the other comments say you can say even words even you don't believe to be toxic and it will see it as toxic. I even believe saying toxic in game is being toxic.
