Yes, that is toxic. There is no constructive material in that comment. Would you be banned for just that comment? Probably not, unless you had a long history of using that frequently.

There's definitely no other context o the phrase that wouldn't come off as toxic.

Granted, even I've said something similar to someone who's already harassing me or my other teammates. I wouldn't say it warrents a permabanned, but if you were, then it's from consistently making the complaint.

Again are we really going to be a community that is that overly sensitive yea it's not nice but hell that's life, and it's really not that bad that some sjw needs a safe space from an online comment like that. If it is riot put this great button in called the mute button problem solved everyone can go on living.
