Can saying "no wonder you have 6 deaths" be something toxic and warrant a permaban?
Does anyone think saying such a thing be considered verbal abuse?

Yes, that is toxic. There is no constructive material in that comment. Would you be banned for just that comment? Probably not, unless you had a long history of using that frequently.
Its pretty difficult to find anything this community doesn't consider to be "toxic".
Yes you should be permabanned and ip banned immediately.
There's definitely no other context o the phrase that wouldn't come off as toxic.
Granted, even I've said something similar to someone who's already harassing me or my other teammates. I wouldn't say it warrents a permabanned, but if you were, then it's from consistently making the complaint.
