Banned for 3rd party softwares (repost)

I will start this off with saying I have and never will cheat in League of Legends. Cheating is for noobs who cant get good themselves. The only 3rd party thing I have used was a skin modifier which is cosmetic and client side (was not mklol or whatever it is called). The skin changer itself was allowed by a Riot member and at the time of my ban I wasn't even using it because I just spent 25$ to get Lucian Project Lucian and 2 rune pages. I guess Riot thought I was cheating because I haven't played Lucian on that account before but I have on the PBE and on different accounts. And at the time of the ban I was Silver 5 80 LP with a 48% win ratio, which I don't even know how that even makes people think I was cheating. Some of you will say this ban is justified because I technically used a 3rd party program but it is 100% cosmetic and doesn't give any strategical advantage in any way. I hope you guys can understand Riot has made a mistake in banning me and would like to be able to play on my account again. -I Am Nachos.

I already tried submitting a ticket to no avail as 2 have already been denied and have just sent a third one. Riot has said that my ban wasn't for the skin editor but some exploit cheat or hack used to gain an advantage which I wasn't even using any.

We here on the forums do not have the information available to Riot. We can't really pretend to have any better idea of the situation -- and thus the appropriate actions to take -- than they do.

Unfortunately, this is one case where the forums can be of exactly zero help as far as the punishment goes.

Have you recently run anti-Spyware programs? Do you use some sort of network monitoring system? Is there anything on your computer than could have interfered with League's data in any fashion?

Source on the skin changer being allowed? In the past they have never given the OK for those.

Why are you:
