(repost OG post was in wrong board) I am not sure if this has happened to anyone else but apparently the ban that I have received on this account (and have posted about it before) was not for any custom skin which I thought it was. I was banned for botting apparently which is simply not true, I just have no life. I originally thought the ban was a mistake, which I still think it is, and when I contacted support they didn't mention botting at first but in a new ticket I created they brought it up. I kind of thought that was weird but whatever.

I never thought I'd come to the point in time where I played the game too much to be picked up as a bot and banned.

2 years passing doesn't change anything - if Riot determined your suspension to be based in fact, that's their final decision.

No player has access to the information to verify anything about your account.

I understand the ban date doesn't effect punishment 'appeals' but I just wanted to share my story.

There is too little information here for anyone to appropriately judge the probability of you botting. There are a few matches in your match history that are pretty suspect to me, but, since there's no way for anyone here to get any better insight on it, it's a moot point.

Regardless, as rujitra said, if Riot's verdict was that you were banned for botting/scripting, then the ban will doubtless stay.

Those Lucian matches had him running phenomenally high scores (both in general KDA and CS) with the games running on for quite a while on average. Call me crazy, but if someone was pubstomping, you'd think they'd be able to translate early leads into fast wins.

I mostly got fed from my duo jungler and good supports. I don't even play adc much, I main gragas and rengar. I could not close out games as fast as possible because of lack of mechanics.

yeah... i dont think riot can just basically STEAL someones account if they have no life at the game ( winning the lane yet lack the know-how to end games) and the fact if he was botting wouldnt that mean he would have a abnormal score of deaths? Dont bots suck in general since theres no heavy outplay machine bots only those "MEH" types thats only good at coordinating their ults/skillshots. just saying hes not challenger level for petes sake.

^This is what's wrong with these boards. I agree that there's not enough information but..... I understand looking at your player history to confirm that you're definitely not a bot... but automatically just flagging games as suspicious because you couldn't carry your team when you had a lead? You're right, that's proof, he's probably guilty based on that. He wants information that you can't just obtain, so you argument it moot. Meanwhile, if you've been banned for MILD behavior and only have a one game instant the playerbase will assume "You must just be an overall toxic player, and we can just assume you've flamed in multiple games even though we dont' have that information."

If you try to defend a ban on the boards, the "regulars" on the boards will run up with pitchforks and throw tomatoes at you. This is why you will never see a positive upvote on the behavior boards of someone trying to defend, OR EVEN TALK ABOUT a ban.

You can't be so naive as to believe you were banned falsely for botting.

Anyone who knows enough about how coding and networking works will tell you there's absolutetly 0 chance to get banned for botting for playing too much.

You tried botting / scripting.

You are now in full damage control for your stupidity.
