Send a support ticket to Riot, don't show it here, you are not allowed to show other players' name on the forum, otherwise you'll get your thread deleted.
That being said, I understand your feeling and those guys definitely deserve some serious punishment.
As long as you didn't retaliate just so you get banned yourself, use Imgur & send it to Riot Support as a strong evidence.

yeah something similar happened to me tonight. it was a 4 man premade, and me. 3 of the 4 of them were giving me this kind of language. Then they all reported me afterwards. I got a 14 day ban, even though I didn't retaliate, not to the extent warranting a tribunal review and 2week ban. I saved the reform card text, I called one person a dumb*ss. got a 2 week ban. idk if they were banned but this new automated tribunal system is garbage.
