I get I was being a little toxic but this qualifies for a perma ban? League is soft AF and Riot has gotta be the worst company ever. Why don't you focus on actually balancing your game before perma-banning your customers for the slightest trash talk lmao. Soft ass game.

If you got permanently banned, it's because you've received several other punishments first. Riot's escalating punishment system is stated in the notifications you get for punishments, so you had plenty of warning to not continue toxic behavior.

If you were already on 14 day ban (the 3rd [punishment tier) or just come out of it, basically anything can tick off and give you perma (4th tier). You should've stayed low.

And if you're saying this chat alone gives you perma from absolutely nothing. It is literally impossible unless a system error.

Either way, sort it out with the Riot support with a support ticket.
