You had a previous 2-week ban; normally, this would get you a chat restriction, but you were told after your 2-week ban that the permaban would be the next step.

well... this by itself, no. Should not get you banned. However, did you have previous punishments? If so, you should be on your best behavior. And this is not your best behavior (i hope).

sorry i have a hard time believing that got you banned... screenshot the actual logs and send them bc through text you can eaisly change it to look like your a Victim riot wont ban just because of the over use of saying fuck... and to get banned it takes multiple game reports so not just the one you think.. if im right doesnt riot still send you the games that got your account suspended and the logs to them?

The only thing in there is an overuse of the word "fuck", I don't think that should be bannable. Riot apparently does, sad story. There's supposed to be a process to appeal, you can try that.
