I was permanently suspended and I genuinely feel I do not deserve it

I just spent the last three games getting brutally harassed and verbally abused by the same guy in low level normals. He harassed me the entire game, every game, talking trash, being rude, and getting others to do so as well. He would spam "report X" (depending on what champion I played - he was Yi in every game), and told everyone how toxic I was. Though I responded to him, it was always FAR more measured than what he directed at me. However, his pleas to report me apparently worked - after the last game, I was informed I was permanently suspended.

Now, I don't have a sterling record. But my behavior is mostly along the lines of complaining, rather than raging or griefing. I've been trying to reform it, but players like this push me over the edge. The chat log I was cited as being evidence of my "negative" behavior shows me constantly asking people why they're being so nasty, and finally asking for reports for verbal abuse at the end. Obviously the story would be in the regular chat log, but they just give me my side.

Why is it that this guy can get away with being incredibly verbally abusive, and the reports he gets people to issue against me cost me my account and the thirty dollars I've put into it? That really doesn't seem fair to me. Would love to get an explanation beyond a token form email.

Everyone is equally subject to the rules. If the guy consistently causes problems, he will also get a ban. If someone wants to argue or insult you, you should always mute and stop responding.

If you want to shut someone up, play the game and outperform them. In the end, you'll have made them look foolish without a single word.

You cuss, you attack players for their performance, you falsely accuse other of cheating.... If all your other games go like this one, permaban shouldn't be that big of a surprise.

You can genuinely feel that you don't deserve it but that doesn't change the fact that you got a permanent ban for a good reason. You harassed a bunch of people in game and it hardly matters whether or not they started it. In fact, that piece doesn't matter one bit. The only person that acts as a factor in your ban is you.

First things first, You arent permaban for this one game. Its because you are continuously toxic in your game, and judging by your chatlogs it seems fit of a punishment. Seeing as how this is the last tier of punishment i would assume you also gotten a 14 day ban, as well as Chat Restriction? Especially since you are of a lower level (under 30) the system is pretty strict because its suppose to prevent people from making new accounts and continuing their toxic behavior. But back to the topic at hand You constantly call your teammates garbage, fishing for reports, and threatening to AFK, all of which are against the ToS/Summoners Code. You fail to follow the rules which is a result in your account being ban. It just so happen that you reach the final tier of punishment which is the permaban because you fail to see the errors of your way with your toxic behavior.

Post your chat logs and we can see how toxic you wwere in responsce. Honestly if you muted him that would be the end of it and you would have 0 responced to him and 0 way of being banned. Literally because you responded is probably why he kept it up also. Sorry people like this exist but your responce was probably bad. If you have had a 2 week ban before this, any sort of infraction can result in a perma until the tier of punishment demotes which takes over 6 months or so.
