Chat Ban Review?

Hey Guys, I cannot find anywhere to contact riot so I though I would post this here. A few days ago I was playing with a premade of four people (They said they were all on skype in the game lobby). One of them fed 7 kills in the first 10 minutes to a fizz and so I called him out on it and the premade just flamed me and insulted me the rest of the game and then all of them reported me and I received a ten game chat ban. I served my chat ban but I am now ineligible to receive Hex-teck keys and chests for a few months? This seems extremely unfair considering these are important now, for unlocking champion mastery levels. Maybe I got a little more mad than I should have, but the dialogue League sent me is fairly tame to what I hear on in the average game of league of legends. The player was clearly feeding, diving under tower at 0-6. At one point one of the premade left the game and got back on 15 minutes later, after saying he was going AFK (it said summoner has left game). The four of the flamed me the entire time, I swore very little and did very little name calling. I have never had a ban or chat restriction of any kind, last season I had a friendly player ribbon and received the good behavior reward. The other team most likely reported me too as the other team was apparently talking shit about me to them the entire time as well. I don't usually have all chat on and I only turned it on late in the game to ask the other team to report these players. From the sounds of it they had already made up their minds, that this premade was telling the truth, and I was the toxic one. Here is a copy of just my dialogue riot sent me. My spelling is very atrocious as I am always trying to continue playing and spelling is not as important as actually playing the game IMO, so I have corrected only the spelling and have not changed any of the dialogue, a riot employee can easily confirm this. This is all chat from just me, I have no access to the dialogue with all the players except through video which I do not wish to transcribe.

(ALL) and hes not in the game (ALL) sure he said hes going to afk (ALL) then leaves (ALL) but its a dc (ALL) whatever you say he typed it, theres no avoiding the ban :p because your crying for me to not report him>? nice online games are a formal document eh what?

I have read through it a few times and that is the hardest I have ever flamed at a group and I don't think it was half as bad as the shit people usually spew at me. The most toxic thing I said was "how the fuck could you fuck that up more". But he was clearly intentionally feeding after the first 3 deaths and when your game is constantly windowing you it is easy to get frustrated. I did end up going even in the match despite my team flaming and feeding. I have played and supported league for a long time and I feel this was somewhat unfair. I have served the chat ban but after now learning, I no longer can get chests or keys, I have decided to write up this post. Please let me know what you all think. I am ashamed of the way I acted and happily served the ten game chat restriction. I just wish to be eligible for chests and keys.
