Seriously Considering Never Playing Again (ridiculous chat ban)

So I just received my second chatban in my 3+ years playing this game. I was chat banned two months ago for the first time for a questionable at best reason, I made a post about it so feel free to go back and read it. I was flamed by a premade of 4 who convinced the enemy team to all report me. I never use ALL chat so I have no way to defend myself. This time a toxic botlane duo decided to insult and flame me for having a bad start to a game.. 1/6 in the first 20 minutes. They called me many insults and continued to flame me and refused to surrender vote 3 times to "piss you off more". The other team had a very good lee sin who dived me under tower repeatedly with Katarina and I found no way to fight against it and suffered. Ontop of that Bot lane roamed to mid and sat in the lower bush multiple times. I was in a duo with my friend who did have ALL chat on and the bot lane started reporting my movements to the enemy team for the remainder of the game while convincing the enemy team to somehow report me as well (what kind of person reports someone who is getting there movements reported by the enemy team but doesn't say anything the entire game on all chat...enemy team literally flashed mastery taunt at me from 30 seconds onward the entire game so obviously not the best sports as it is). My friend refuses to get involved in any chat so he said nothing to them. Here is what riot has asked me to repent for... (fixed some spelling).

(they threaten to not ping or ward or help me) kapate: how is that a threat kapate: we are going to keep doing the same shit we haven't been doing kapate: wow i better stop trying to work as a team kapate: ladeda kapate: you cant tp on turret kapate: they can just kill it kapate: just report toxic bot lane and move it kapate: on kapate: welp kapate: saw that coming kapate: surrender now toxic botlane? kapate: reported my movements on all chat? kapate: yeah no that's not toxic kapate: blame the kid that gets camped the first 20 mins kapate: yeah no thats not toxic kapate: i asked for a ping kapate: and they called me a %%%got kapate: you did kapate: scroll up kapate: and %%% kapate: wont make a difference kapate: the kid reported my movements on all chat kapate: thats a banable offence kapate: god forbid I asked for a ping kapate: riot saves game chats, its his own fault

This chat ban system is horrific, my bot lane can literally report my movements to the enemy team multiple times yet I sware twice, say nothing on ALL Chat and I get a chat ban. This is ridiculous. I want riot to let me remove chat all together from this game because I get nothing but negativity for trying to communicate or work as a team. I am sick of this community and its stupid flaming premades. And someone is going to comment below about how it was probably a pattern of negatitivty, but in my last 30ish games I have gotten over 40+ friendly/teamwork commendations. I know players who report people for saying anything constructive to them, I know people who report enemy teammates for outplaying them, the ban system is broken, If I get reported once every five for a bullshit reason I will just constantly be getting chat bans as soon as I get stuck with a premade who will spam all chat and get me 4 reports in a game.
