Riot - Undo my punishment

I got a 10 game chat restiction for only ONE game. I have never been punished before, never been reported and then yes i get toxic in ONE game due to trolls and verbal abuse against me and i get punished yet the person calling me a "%%%g*t" all game does not? Please explain this?

Yes, I was a little toxic in ONE game due to the trolls and verbal abuse I was getting. I know I should not have but this is not a common occurrence. I was restricted after only one game played. I have never been restricted or even gotten a warning. Why is it that I have been punished after only getting reported for one game? I think this is a little extreme due to the fact that I have had no other issues. Everyone has slips and to my knowledge it takes 3 report after a warning to be punished.

We have audited your recent in-game behavior and issued chat restrictions due to excessive cases of verbal toxicity. They were placed on the account due to the consistent trend of negative behavior in your recent games. They are meant as a warning while encouraging more tact in in-game chat. Improving your chat etiquette while on restriction decreases the odds of getting additional restrictions or a harsher punishment. Please bear in mind that you must play through all restricted games and we will not alter or reduce the amount of restrictions on the account.

As part of the Instant Feedback System, you can view the reform card within the client. I have provided the chat logs at the end of this response as well so we are both on the same page.

It's important to keep in mind that we do not tolerate negative behavior of any kind, including retaliating to toxic behavior in the same manner. If someone else is being toxic, feel free to mute them and report them later.

We want to encourage sportsmanship in League of Legends. Harsher punishments may be placed if a player fails to reform or if a player’s behavior is particularly egregious. This applies to everyone who exhibits such behavior and other player's conduct in this game will be addressed separately. We will not be discussing the results of audits on other player's accounts since it goes against our privacy practices.

While Chat Restriction will affect your ability to communicate at will, please bear in mind that you are still able to use chat in a limited way. It's designed to encourage the player to think about what to say and how to word it. Don’t forget that the Smart Ping feature is also a reliable tool at your disposal, and sometimes, a more effective way to communicate with your team!

While we won't be removing the issued chat restriction from the account for any reason, I will be more than happy to answer any additional behavioral questions that you have in mind.

I have only ever been toxic in due to the amount of trolling. Why am i being punished for multiple "games" as you say while you only have ONE single case?

This is in no way solved. I am being punished for "games" as you say and have gotten a 10 game chat restriction, loss of rewards and negative behavior rating due to unfair punishment.

Please correct.

From my understanding, you get one warning and then if you get reported 2-3 more times you will be punished. Why am I getting a chat restriction for only ONE game EVER of verbal abuse???? Riot replys that over multiple game i have been toxic. Which is UNTRUE. Only one log EVER of any verbal abuse. Yet they are trying to keep punishment status.
