While playing a game as Shaco, before the game even started, the game crashed, and now i have a twenty minute leaver buster. This isn't fair, because there was NOTHING I could DO! It wouldn't let me start up the GAME because it was crashing!!!! Now, I have this unfair leaverbuster! Why does it ban me, whenever I didnt even get to play the GAME?!?!?!? Pls, Riot, fix this problem!!! I never quit to troll, or because im losing, or try to troll or be toxic in any way. Yet it feels like the CREATORS OF THE GAME troll me more than anything!!!!!! (I now understand Dunkey's rage!!!) Pls, Riot, fix this!!!!! [zombie-nunu-tears] Also, comment below if a simaler thing ever happened to you... sigh...

It may seem like nothing, but I couldnt help that my game crashed! It should be that if you press the, "LEAVE GAME" button it does leaverbuster! Then again, that would take work and money, and might delay the upcoming skin! OH NOOOOO!

You don't get a Leaverbuster punishment, especially the 20 minute one, for a single leave, that's not how the system works. Riot knows that sometimes shit happens that can be out of our control, which is why they built leniency into the system. If you received the punishment, that means that you have left a lot of games in the past and used up all that leniency, and getting the 20 minute punishment means you have gone through at least 2 other punishments as well, the 5 minute and 10 minute ones.

If a lot of these leaves were due to the game crashing on you, then you need to find a solution for it before you queue up for any more matches. It's your responsibility to make sure you can stay connected to them game, and because what happened to you isn't happening to every single player, the problem is more than likely to be on your end, not Riot's. If needed, Riot has guides on their support website for Bugsplats, Troublehsooting, and other technical issues, or you can make a post on the Help & Support forum and hopefully find some help there.
