Whole Entire Team Toxic = Doxxing/Death Threats

Instead of making this a really long rant, I'm just curious as to what to do when your whole entire team is extremely toxic. I understand that you can mute them individually and mind your own business, but when it comes to post-game chat; it gets extremely violent with death and doxxing threats.

I'm wondering if these type of people actually get punished for what they do.
