Wouldnt it be cool if Rito gave every1 a second chance. Im sure many ppl out there gave up on league after getting banned. Some probably made another account and still plays with lesson learned. 2nd chance isnt too bad right? (note probably 3rd coz u get a 14 day ban then get a perma) but wouldnt it be cool if they did give previous banned accounts their acc back? they get to see all they're skins champions and runes etc again. Just like a dog is joyfull when they're owner comes back home after a long day. right?

Let's see... most people get at least a 10 game chat restriction (second chance), 25 game chat restriction (third chance), and a 14 day ban (fourth chance) before they get permanently banned.

Many people (over half) get multiple chat restrictions or multiple 14 day bans before they are permanently suspended. How many chances is too many?

They could if they change behavior.

Edit: I mean they have 3 chance. So prob.
