Riot base their bans on reports and whats said on chat, but no idea what happened in-game. don't you think those details in game matters? I got perma-banned because I was losing top and no matter how much pings jungle won't come help I pointed it out and this kid provokes me on top of me having a bad game now here I am banned. I'm actually doing the community a favor by telling these kids that don't know what they're doing to stop so they won't ruin other peoples game next time and stopping them from being bad. Then they tell me " we took this action to maintain a positive game environment." IM ACTUALLY THE 1DOING THIS COMMUNITY FAVOR TEACHING KIDS THAT THEY ARE DOING THINGS WRONG IN A HARSH WAY SO THEY Won't DO IT AGAIN but NO I get the ban. RITO MUST BE STOPPED ban 1 ban 2 doesn't matter if the banning system is shit 1 or 2 doesn't help us we're a billion dollar company lookin ass.

Unless you're paying me at least $50 an hour to listen, you don't have any authority to yell at me.

/Edit: Riot, who has the authority to punish you, is punishing you in a harsh way, trying to teach you that you're doing things in the wrong way. You should appreciate this tactic.

dude chat is all that matters, riot also does not ban via amount money, INGAME ACTIONS DOESN'T MATTER FOR WHAT YOU SAY. if you have a noob adc who is doing bad you can not flame him

Not everyone responds to harsh criticism well. I've seen several skilled pros take harsh criticism poorly. If they truly are "kids", they're more likely to stop playing outright as a result of such criticism than they are to take it to heart and change their play. That's likely why it resulted in a punishment, if I were to guess (and I'm no employee, so don't take my word for it or anything). Riot has to protect the largest number of players and draw assumptions on behavioral responses based on the assumed whole, to maintain the maximum amount of income. It's a matter of business.

If you let them provoke you, that's on you. I don't fully hold it against you, because I understand tempers can flare, but the harsh reality is the guy who swings second tends to get caught. If someone's trying to provoke a response from you, it's best to mute them and focus on your game the way you're comfortable playing it. If it's not going well? Oh well. Shrug it off and push on. Every game can't go wrong, so you're bound to get another good one soon enough.

Quite simple; You aren't punished for the actions of others, but you are punished for your actions. Self control.
