Dear Riot, can you please acknowledge the fact that 80% of new threads are about permabanned accounts for 3rd party program?

They claim they've never used anything besides programs you allowed (overwolf, discord...). And yes, some are probably lying, but I doubt they are all liars.

I feel like players don't really know what can get them banned. There is no list of forbidden programs that are considered "3rd party programs for cheating", and I personally don't know a single one. When they submit a ticket to a support, they don't tell them what program got them banned. How is this fair? How would the story of "we have the evidence but we can't show it! You just need to trust us" go in court in real world? It wouldn't. (When they get banned for flaming, at least they get the evidence and chat log that got them banned.)

Lots of permabanned accounts are in Bronze.... some aren't even a lvl 30. Why would they cheat and still be low elo? I bet they would use that cheating to get to gold... at least.

I am not one of the permabanned people, nor have I ever used anything. But I'm scared now, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. What if some random program on computer that's there for another purpose (for example college) ends up being considered "cheating 3rd party program"?

Just tell us exactly what programs will get people banned, and then ban every single person who uses it so they'll stop.

Why cant all of them be lairs? Common sense would tell you if you didnt do anything wrong all you need to do is contact support and let them look into it again. If they did and still came up with the same conclusion what more do you want them to do? They will never flat out state what exactly got caught in the detection because sadly these programmers will try everything and anything to even get a small hint on what the detection can and cannot catch. There cannot be a list because of how often these programs update. So one day it could be ok, but then an update happens and its now illegal. It would be wrong to state yes this works, only to have somewhere down the line (weeks/months/years) have it update and become a cheating program. its just a waste of time because they would basically need to be in contact with said programmers to always make sure its ok on the servers and Riot probably doesnt have the time or money to do that at the moment.

But the case in point is that Riot tries very hard to keep their security up to date. They dont want even one tiny thing to popup or else these hackers will abuse it and probably have loads more scripter/hacker in this game. We already have a bad Bot problem, we dont need more problems for this game.

With that said you also need to stop looking at peoples rank or level. It doesnt matter. just because they scripted in bronze, or bought a booster to boost them from Bronze 5 to 4 doesnt change the fact that they are still breaking the rules. Plus low levels are usually botted accounts because they want to try and hurry the account to level 30 so they can sell it off, which is also against the terms of service.

All in all they dont need to do anything. You shouldnt really bring in real world problem (like your court analogy) because it doesnt work like that in this case. They have the evidence and that is all they need because it is there game. You are basically asking them to release very critical detail about how there system works and you basically want to give it to anyone who ask. That is very dangerous and sadly you cannot trust every single person you meet (online or otherwise)

As i said before if it was in error and you know this contact Support. They even tell you this when they give you the email, because its common sense. Crying about it on the forum solves nothing. We cannot trust you because we dont know you. People lie all the time and this is no different. I rather believe a company like Riot than some random stranger on the forum!
