How to report post-lobby

I had the most toxic player I’ve ever seen (not sure if I can say names) but I forgot to report him/her because he was flaming and me and my friends were laughing. I normally don’t report but this person was horrible.

I wasn’t able to get in game or friend chat because he blocked me but I have post game stuff
