This was the only piece of evidence I could snag of this guy who shouldn't even be able to play this game. Is there anyway that I can post somewhere or give this evidence to Riot so that he can be permabanned?

i don't know... maybe its just me and the fact that I CHOOSE not to let a single "word" dictate my emotions....I guess I can understand that not everyone can be as mentally strong as myself in that regard...and to whoever is going to reply to this comment with this exact counter argument.... its not about what is "right" and what is "wrong" at this point... (and honestly... the mere fact that some people will get offended while others won't proves that its entirely objective... therefore cannot be categorized as such..... If it was a universal truth... it would stand the same for each and every single individual...only then can you truly argue that it is just plain "wrong") but i digress.... stop giving power to words... it really isn't that big of a deal...please.... just stop for a second and really THINK about it... there is literally so much more important things to actually worry about... and plus... its a gaming community... in the year 2016.... profanity and other things of that nature is really commonplace... nothing shocking anymore.... just idiots being idiots.. kids being kids.. taking advantage of the anonymity..... learn to deal with it and move on... (something you really should've developed during childhood....)
why? because he typed word? a word that you are actually giving more power by even remotely caring or getting offended by it.........
Reporting at the end of game screen is enough. If you forgot to do that you can submit a support ticket preferably with the unedited image.
Since it's clearly photoshoped to remove the names and it could be do so in other ways as well I'm going to go with no.
Your best bet is to report people like that at the end of the game and make a note when you do it that they were using racial terms.
And here in lies the issue. You want him banned for typing a word that you don't like. You want him permanently banned for one word. What has the world come to.
Well, he wasnt trolling, just saying mean mean words... so just send the pic as ticket and he will be baned 100%, because hey, the worst thing you can ever do in LoL is hurt peoples feefees
Well chances are he's already being punished, i say check on his Lolking or Na/euw/etc.op.gg to confirm. As for knowing if he got banned , there is a feature where the reporting player gets a feedback message telling him that the player has been punished, but that usually goes to the player that had the last say /deciding vote in administering the punishment. Anyways just to be safe you can also make a support ticket with the unedited image here https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . You can select the first question and then submit the screenshot with summary/context explanation.
if you can't handle someone saying the N word on the internet than maybe you should consider playing a different game that doesn't have the most toxic community on par with stormfront. or even better, continue to play and not let trivial bullshit affect you
