Can you RIOT improve the Promo system queue?

I recently went up the ladder from S5 to S2 so in every promo game and match it was the same results, trolls or afk ppl. Im not mad neither blaming others, sometimes it was me who played bad lets say 2 or 3 games not even in a row. So how is it possible to queue with such ppl after climbing so high and close to another division? I got demoted to S5 again which is the second time it happens to me. Its like the system hates you for whatever reason. I have being thinking that if at least RIOT could improve the PROMO queue like flag players that are in promos and queue them together, if there arent enough players to queue them at least make some kind of improvement that queues players in PROMOS with others players that have won several games in a row, like 3 to 5 games, that way all of them 10 players will do their best, mistakes are made in every game, even the pros do so.

But really its disappointing with soo many toxic players out there and those that want to improve and get ahead cant because of small facts like this ones. I have won more than 10 games in a row making my way to the top and then getting demoted too dam easily, the system can be improved I hope this gives you RIOT an idea of how to make this game a better place to have fun. I have stopped playing the game because I always experience the same results, demoted because of toxic behavior or afk, or never got connected. Now Im just thinking of stopping once again and get away from this game because I dont get good results everytime I play. I dont care if anyone who reads this says "Oh you should quit then we dont need you" that only proves how toxic the community is. Im just trying to improve give ideas on how to improve the system queue, how to get a better experience at the game.

This is my second time I have tried to make a point on how to improve the system. So dont ignore those that want a pleasant game experience. I might not good at expressing myself but I hope must who read this do get the point. I like this game and I hope is improves for next season.
