you know it is funny how those that want to progress in this game cant because riot actually punish them instead of those that deserve it.

I do play ranked (Yes I play ARAM more but I does that really matter?) and as stared bye rujitra if you flame people like you did in your post enough well....then yea you should be punished for it. Anyway if you feel they are purposely inting or feeding then report them after the game.
Almost all posts asking to fix the system are made by those who have been rightfully punished by the system. You have very little credibility, in other words. But hey, if I'm wrong, feel free to explain HOW you'd fix the system. Calling folks "snowflakes" accomplishes nothing and makes it seem that you're here to insult, rather than to effect change.
Considering the volume of posts this board sees, I think the system is working as intended.
if you wanna progress (aka climb) dont flame, why? simple flaming will harm all your games.
if someone is flaming you, then flaming him will just open a flame war , bad for the whole team due to the lack of focusing on the game
if someone is playing badly, then flaming will just tilt him more and make him worst or will make him flame back again bad for their and your focus on the game, (or they mute and wont see any strategy you post).
if someone is trolling/inting or whatever you flaming him give him what he want, a reaction.
