I mean I know I was toxic but was this honestly worth a perma ban? I had no previous suspensions or punishments before hand

Unlikely that you were permabanned for what's in here, with no prior punishment. Check your reform card presented when logging in, because sometimes the email will only have 1 game due to size limitations. Extremely toxic behavior that would actually result in a permaban may have been present in the lobby chat, which is not provided in reform cards.

Also, you may have been permabanned for toxicity other than chat (trolling, feeding etc.), but were given chat logs because they were reporting you for chat offenses at the same time.

Submit a Support Ticket and they will help clarify or rectify the issue.

Show us the rest of your chat logs. Also, you have no proof that you did not have previous punishments.

I can see by your previous posts that you were at least chat restricted a month ago. One of two things are going on here, possibly both:

You've been punished multiple times already
You've cut significantly toxic entries from your chat logs (such as hate speech, death threats, etc.)

People also forget that he could have said all the nasty stuff pre/post chat which sadly doesnt show up in the chatlogs Riot provides. Just saying that might be the reason why if this was a first offense ban, because while i do see things that are punishable; Unsportsmanlike conduct, threatening to leave, fishing for reports, etc.

Also note that you are not permaban solely on this game alone. It's your continuous toxic behavior that got you permaban, this was just the final straw. Seeing how this is a permaban you were more than likely 14 day ban as well as 2 different chat restrictions. All those chances to change and yet you ignore them why?
