Chat restrictions that you got at lvl 4 shouldn't effect whether or not you are able to access new content in the Hextech. Thats so irrational. So one of the few times they add new content to league some of us don't even get to experience it? What type of idea is that?? Riot you guys need to rethink some things. 2 Bad things in a row. Just posted the same thing! What the fukc is wrong with it!? And rito is just putting out dumbas new champs to get money from kids, that's why aurelion sol happened, and Illaoi, and Jhin, and Ekko, and Reksai, and kindred, and well you get it.
