Add Failure to communicate with team back to reportable causes

I played a game as jax today which was solid, went really well Me (jax), Garen, Veigar, Leona, Draven. Enemy team jihn blitzcrank ekko sejuani and riven.

We all dominated lanes, except veigar who was farming jg and letting ekko take both of his turrets after feeding him a few times. I tried to stop a little but ekko being a strong champion would kill me till a little later when I caught up.

The game went well then draven started trolling and would just farm jg all game after 20 minutes. We literally had all their inhbiitor turrets down, we had baron, but we couldnt do anything because their CC was too high, and every time one of us tried to back door an inhibtor they would bum rush us and kill us, while the rest just farmed minions instead of directly attacking the other two inhibitors. Draven couldve went with some of our tanks and easily taken them down while the enemy team (Really stupid bunch) were chasing me or veigar at the other inhibitor.

But this guy just wouldnt do anything. He was one of those punchable in the face people that just gets sentimentally upset over small tiny things and throws games. Acts like an immature kid.

He wouldnt do ANYTHING. With the amount of CC and damage they had and the limited DPS we had it became hard. We won in the end after dying a bunch and slowly chipping away the inhibitors but man. Please let us report people who just walk around all game, essentially afk.
