Advice is best given when someone asks for it. Just shouting at people when you want them to change doesn't help. The people you're giving advice to need to want to change.
Also, advice should be advice. For example, the form of advice most often given in game, "stop dying" I could copy and say, "stop getting punished", but that's not useful. Right now you already know that you've been punished and you already know that it's not a good thing. If I gave actual advice, like below, then that's advice. But just telling you what outcomes to avoid is useless.
"Calling out" is completely something to be avoided. It does nothing good. It is always treated as negative by the IFS. For example, when everyone on your team was "calling you out" on your "troll pick mid", did that feel good to you? If someone isn't trolling, then "calling out" is just being an asshat. If someone is trolling, then "calling them out" is EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT. Stop Feeding The Trolls. They want people to give them attention and get angry. Giving them attention and getting angry encourages them. Don't encourage trolls.
No rebuttals to bad excuses that blame me
If your response to a bad excuse that blames you is a bad excuse that blames THEM.....You notice how you didn't like when they blamed you? Blaming people is always treated as negative by the IFS.
You can make plans that include the state of the game, like "Their botlane is really strong right now, so teamfighting isn't a good idea. I think we should have the people with good waveclear try to clear the wave without fighting, while a splitpusher tries to create pressure around the map. That could buy us time to catch up on items."
but, "GG botlane fed. What losers. This loss is your fault." isn't good. You can make plans for the future. You can't assign blame for the past.
You are also allowed to say, "That's not true" to any accusation. It looks like defense to me. But don't spam it. Spam, no matter what the message, is punishable. If someone isn't listening to you, then interacting with them is a waste of time and effort.
You are not allowed to retaliate as an expression of "defense".
Refusal to communicate isn't an offense. You will never be punished for not typing.
