So I just played a game with a teammate who AFK'd

After they demanded an apology for some perceived slight (refusing to listen to pings and stay with the team). Everyone reported him after the game for the throw. But here I am, 15 minutes later, and no feedback report saying that action was taken. If this sort of behavior isn't punishable by this instant feedback system, then frankly the instant feedback system is garbage. This is the most toxic and undesirable sort of behavior imaginable, bullying combined with deliberately poor play, and it slid right by disciplinary action. What is the point of Lyte's gee-whiz system if it doesn't catch players who would have certainly been suspended by The Tribunal?

1 game won't get you punished. and also, only the final report gets the pop up message, not everyone that reported him

thats kinda wrong. the final reportSSSS get the message. just a week ago me and 2 premades all got the message after we had a really toxic guy in our game

This is correct. I've been on coms with people when the instant reports come through, and we all got one.
Fact of the matter is, despite this ridiculous behavior, the player got off scott free.

the real question is.

how often does he do that? it might be accumulating to his punishment.

we also don't know if people see the message if the reported just only got chat restricted.

Yes, it will send a message even if it was only a chat restriction. And frankly, if we're talking about a pattern of behavior that includes both verbal abuse and deliberately throwing the game, with clear cues that this was the intent, once should be enough for punishment. The system is a joke, and I think in the future if I get tilted, I'll just remain silent and quietly feed kills, as there's clearly no penalty for doing so.
