I decided to move it to a closed conversation with Riot's player support only. No other departments.

In short, I asked for wether the server crashed, and the agent started bashing me for my name. He didn't ask anything, he just issued a name change and after that - a ban. That escalated quickly!

Previous strike was me contacting player support to change my name that contained letters resembling "Riot". It was a joke account, but I made it into a main one, because it had highier levels. So, while I did break rules, they were more than happy to accept my request and change my name to "Best Twitch EU".

"If you support his blunt behavior while chatting with me. The closed discussion. The threat to close the chat because he cannot answer what's offensive in my name. HOW I offended him.

I asked wether the server was online or not, not if my summoner name sounds offensive to him.

Out of 100 000+ players AND riot agents, he decided my name to be "SERIOUSLY OFFENSIVE". Git gud, as I say.

Please amend his actions, I will be forever greatful, because I am tired of bs. You amaze me every time, but this is the cherry of the cake.

Check my other tickets. How are the other agents not disgusted by my name? How do they know what's up, but this particular guy had to ruin not only my experience, but my reputation as well. The event is on. I want to play. I want to give people prizes and skins. I want them to be happy. But no. He bans me and I now have to think what the fuck I did to offend this agent and how did you train him to even think about banning my account. Yet alone change my name that isn't directed to anyone or anything, and in no way offends people for a good solid year and a half!!!

This is actually false, though. It was for the summoner name, which is inappropriate, regardless of whether or not it's funny.

Lying about support staff is never okay.

How misleading can you be? All they said it was inappropriate and asked you to find a new name. Not to mention it's your second inappropriate name you've created according to Snowdrop. Which means, they had to prompt you two request and you continue to create an inappropriate name.

They neither abused you or harassed you, nor were they **extremely **rude (I admit they did get quite blunt however), nor was the ban for asking if a server is online. Don't be one of those people who makes up lies to get customer service reps in trouble because they didn't like the outcome.

I agree they shouldn't have forced a name change on you, but that's not the same as the claims you're making.

Excuse my foul words, but he deserves more than my apology. He deserves to get fired IMMEDIATELY.

People literally know me for this name. I made THEIR DAY just for seeing it. It's meant to be funny, even OFFICIAL Riot reps find it funny, but this one person immediately banned me without discussing it with me, nor because SOMEONE REPORTED IT! WOW, 0 reports and he decided it's offensive! SOMEONE FROM TECH DEPARTMENT!!! You mean to tell me in this 1.5+ years I have played with over 100k players(I HAVE ONE MILLION POINTS WITH TWITCH) nobody reported me for an offensive name.

I demand answers! People, please tell this agent the truth - my name, in fact, is not offensive!

So I've read the transcript a few times and technically they did address the server issues near the beginning of the chat before discussing your SN.

That aside I do agree they should have been more specific about why your username was inappropriate and maybe a little less blunt. That said though however, you were very rude and disrespectful in the way you interacted with them. The week long ban was for the name (your second inappropriate one according to them) and name alone and nothing else. It was not for technical issues which, by the way, you refused to let them help you with as you tunnel visioned on the name and how you feel it's not inapropriate. You're allowed to be upset over the forced name change and the week-long ban, but lying about what actually happened when you've provided the entire Chat Transcript only hurts your case.

Conclusion:

Purple Snowdrop was in the wrong for not specifying why the name was inappropriate. You were in the wrong for the way you acted and for trying to lie about what happened when you posted the proof for all to see.
