Bot Confirms BS Ban

Here is my previous post. I got a response from a bot:

> Hello Summoner, > > I'm Broken Blade and I will be assisting you. > > I understand your frustration towards this matter, but due to there being a history of players wanting to know how to avoid being caught in the future we do not disclose information in regards to how we have confirmed this. You may not have this intention, but we have a firm stance on this matter. > > I have also taken another look into your account just to make sure everything's correct for you, and it does seem there were exploits being used by this account with no signs of ever being compromised. However if an account is ever compromised, as the account creator you are ultimately responsible for all behavior on your account as well as maintaining its security and the security of its login information. While we can help players recover their accounts if they are compromised, we can't ignore any negative activity that occurred on their account while it was shared or compromised. > > We took action to protect the fairness and integrity of the Fields of Justice. We stand firm on our decision to suspend this account and we will not be lifting it. >

This is bull. Once again, I live in a group house with friends (3/5 play LoL). I have never once used scripts. No one knows my password either. My friend tells me that he was messing with Bot of Legends scripts for his Computer Science class on HIS account in customs. We use the same computer! Please, reinvestigate this Riot on actions under MY account, not our shared client. I put $450 into this game and more importantly over 2,000 hours. FYI, my friend is not banned. If you need me to PM you his account, I will willingly do so. He doesn't play much without us.

Thanks, Brakon

If you guys use the same computer then you share the same client. It doesn't matter which account is logged on, the scripts will still be in your league directory.

So there were scripts on your computer even though you never had them active. Sorry to break this too you but they have you dead to rights. The best you can do is make sure there all deleted and make a new account. Riot searched your computers files everytime you log in. If they were on your computer and you logged in your sorta screwed.

There's your trouble. Riot's system worked like a charm, but your friend mistakenly believed that "scripts turned off" was good enough. You've got to treat installing scripts like you would intentionally installing a virus on your computer (basically: don't. If you need to use a virtual machine to test).

Your only hope would be to list exactly what happened out: that the computer was shared, that your roommate used the account (account name here) to play custom games with a bot script, and no other games were played on any account with the script active. You've got maybe a 1% chance to get it overturned that way, but it's better than nothing.

Broken Blade is a person. Why not ask him if he is? Sorry that they took the time to investigate your case again on request and found no error.

Basically, don't touch scripts. Don't. Even. Touch them.

League probably ran a check to verify its file integrity (much like Steam verifies integrity of its cache), saw the scripts and flagged your account.

Sorry bud, but pretty much ANY game nowadays would do the same.

FeelsBadMan.

Hope they can investigate further into the computer MAC address, etc. Maybe provide them with more evidence and proof (like photos of the computer you were using, and so on). Maybe they'll unban.

And remember not to use public computers (or other people's computers) for that matter with your league account. Ya never know what nasty software is hiding there.

That "bot" response in no way, shape, or form says anything about it being a false ban.

OP must work for those stupid ass "click here to see what happens next!!!" clickbait article sites.
