Rito needs to do more about player behavior

So I've been playing since season 3 more or less, and while i know this has always been somewhat of an issue it feels like its gotten significantly worse since auto fill was created. Now don't get me wrong I love the current system. My problem is that before when it was pick order people had to know every roll in case they got forced into a role they couldn't play. You would think this would carry over to this new system especailly since its more or less the same but increases your odds of getting the lane you want. Yet most people lately seem to just say "oh im autofilled time to troll." or "im autofilled so I'm just going to claim a roll if no one will trade with me". This honestly happens like every other game for me. It seems like even though they get reported nothing happens after all theres no real way to prove it or really report it besides getting 4-9 reports on that one person (which never happens). I love that when i report someone who is toxic if that person has been punished i get a notification but that never seems to happen for this.

I think that the current system (IFS + AutoFIll) is arguably one of the best system possible to balance getting people into games and letting people play what they want. I also think that we have to take into account the influx of players since season 3. More apples to the basket = more potential for rotten ones. I personally don't see the "oh autofilled ima troll" player too much; and when I do, I feel like it's moreso in normal games because nowadays the desire for people to climb the ladder is > playing an off-role (might be my availability heuristic speaking tho).

I'll also note though that the # of reports on an individual does not increase the weight/severity of the report. One report will trigger IFS. For stuff that I think requires a more involved report (pics/explanation) I usually just send in a ticket as well as end-game report. Tbh, tickets make me feel better because I have an actual confirmation that my voice has been heard.

how often do you see the autofilled just quietly play their role?

Never. Cos you don't know when they are autofilled when they don't say a thing.

So probability of quiet-autofill (Never) VS probability of autofill-troll = You think that all autofills are instantly trolls.

Don't hold your breath. In the last 2 days I've had 2 straight up ragequitters, one Anivia who decided to duo mid with me just so he could try and get me killed with his wall, and one Ashe who wished death on her support's mom. 0 reports of any punishment taken, and based on their match histories 3 of them have gone on to play plenty of games. What is the point of having these player behavior policies if Riot isn't going to enforce them?

why cant riot just remove auto fill? how hard is it? if i wanted to play a specific role, i should be able to, dosent matter if i have to wait a little bit longer.
