14 days ban injustice continues... :(

Hello,

Yesterday, I started a discussion about the fact that my league of legends account was unjustly banned for 14 days. I still didn't get an appropriate answer from Riot (they didn't answer my ticket even tho I posted it 22 hours ago and the only significant answer I got in the forum was from the advisor saying that it might be related to my pre/post game behaviour or that I received wrong chat logs). https://imgur.com/a/BqTpJ and https://imgur.com/a/C5QIw

The strange thing with all this is that my pre/post game behaviour has always been respectful and so is my in-game attitude. https://imgur.com/a/rhHkH

As we see in those chat logs, even my attitude in the only game where I apprently was ''toxic'' was very friendly towards my teamates. Comments like ''smart people'', compliments like ''you're funny dude'' and hearts to show love ''<3'' without any negative comment and any insult shows you that I'm a very friendly person in game.

As time passes by, my account is still on a 14 days ban and I really want at least some real explanation about why did I get punished like that. I really think Riot is an honest company trying to be well meaning and they can resolve this problem by applying the one and only possible action they should apply here, which is unban my account ''hi im Asperger'' so I can continue playing League of Legends and spread my positive attitude like I always did.

Preeety sure this might have something to do with your 0/13 game, 0/7/0, 1/9, 0/9/0 (in which the only items you built were 4 cloth armors and a Doran's Ring), all basically right next to each other.

So why is the instant feedback not saying anything about ''intentionnal feeding''? Why is it saying that it was my in-game comms and showing a game where I was really friendly to my teamates? Is it a mistake?

Because Riots system is terrible at detecting intentional feeders.

Ok, if you're pretty sure then why is instant feedback only saying that I was making abusive comms? They could've make an instant feedback that is saying ''You are banned for intentionally feeding'' but instead, they showed a random game comments where I was being kind and not saying that I was feeding in this game or anything.

Like you said : ''intentional feeding punishments earn an instant 14 days ban''. Now look at the instant feedback and find where do they talk about ''feeding'' or stuff like that?

I wish more people were well intentioned than the 2 person who voted for my unban but sadly, the majority decided that I deserve this unjust punishment and invented a reason that they called ''intentionnal feeding''.

Tickets can sometimes take up to 48 hours, and in extremely rare cases even longer. Please be patient -- Riot will not just ignore your ticket.

It's been more than 48 hours now. I guess it's an ''extremely rare case''.

It looks like you inted in that game, which would 1) explain your interactions in that log annd 2) explain why you said nothing in there. It also explains why you instantly got a 14-day ban.

If I'm right, the Riot support will say the exact same thing as me, or a Riotler will answer your boards post and confirm it. If I'm wrong, your account will be unbanned.

It doesn't explain anything. My interactions on that log were very friendly and certainly didn't deserve any ban. If you look at the screenshot, the instant feedback doesn't say anything about ''inting'' but only about ''abusive comms'' that simply didn't happen. So now that we know that instant feedback didn't punish me for inting at all, we can assume, as you said, that you're wrong and that my account should be unbanned.

Your positive attitude only marks your toxic behaviour. You intentionally fed as Soraka. Your interactions with Darius were supposed to tilt him even more than he already was. The fact that you were "friendly" doesn't channge the fact that your ruined the game of 4 other players. That's why you got banned. Your ban won't be taken back and a perma is sure to follow if you throw a hissy fit. You are the scum of the community and I hate you with a passion, without even knowing you.

Sorry, but I feel like making multiple threads without presenting anything new is just spam.

Atleast wait till support has answered your ticket so there is something new to be discussed. Right now, literally all we can tell you is what you already know.

Now that you have been caught in this thread, you should be honest and change your original post.

You know 100% that you were banned for inting, so let's discuss inting.

Don't try to change the narrative so you can be unbanned for something that you weren't banned for.

No, it isn't. If it was the case, instant feedback would've say that it was for intentional feeding but look at the screenshot, it says that I'm getting banned for ''abusive, player-reported comms''. Nothing is said about feeding. If it was the reason then they should point it out but they just aren't doing it.

Nothing is said about feeding. If it was the reason then they should point it out but they just aren't do it.

I have seen a few cases where intentional feeding gets flagged as a chat restriction in the reform card, which may be what happened here.

Maybe it's true but it's really really confusing cause nobody can understand anything when it happens, Riot should do something about it. And in that case, it's simply just not 100% a sure thing (as Pandemic Punch saying) that I got banned for inting. If it was the case, we could've say that we are sure at 100% that it's Riot's mistake. Not that I'm a negative person in general but I'm gonna downvote the Pandemic Punch's comment for being unjust against me.

While it's not 100% until you hear back, looking into the match history, I'm pretty sure that's the reason.

You have a 21-death game on Akali where you managed only 55 farm in 34 minutes. You have a Soraka game where you have four cloth armors and no boots, and are 0/9/0. You have a 0/13/7 game as Cleans/Smite mid Sivir into Vladimir, a character without much to cleanse. You have a 1/9/1 game as what appears to be roaming bootless Mid Yi. I'm pretty confident in this assessment, the more I look into it.

It sometime happens, that they show you the wrong message. Unbelieveable that no one told you that this can accure.

I have better than this me... I got banned for 14 days for carrying my team hahahahaha this game is pure shit, couldn't they block my chat instead of game? I was 18-8 j4 but banned me I'm done with this game I'm making sure every1 quit for fornite I'm just done with this ranking piece of shit system, riot are just sitting on the money we gave them
