14 days ban

Hello League community,

My account ''hi im Asperger'' recently had a 14 days ban suspension. There's a link showing why I am getting banned. The reason of it is that I apparently got reported allot in one single game. In this game, I said 5 things : ''geniuses'', ''smart people'', ''I was asking myself the same question, darius'', ''about what did the team expected'' and ''you're funny dude <3'' like you can see in my link. I clearly don't see at all how can I be punished for that, especially when we know that this is an 14 days ban. I really want that Riot support put some other stuff on the ''Your Chat Logs'' to justify that punishment because if not, it clearly seems like an injustice for me and I clearly have to ask Riot support to remove that injustified punishment.

Hmm, these logs definitely wouldn't earn a chat restriction, let alone a 14-day ban. Because of this we can surmise that 1 of 2 things happened:

The ban and/or chat logs were applied in error in which case a Support Ticket can help get this resolved for you here.
You were punished for gameplay-related behavior, pre-game behavior and/or post-game behavior.

I always remove the auto-upvote from my posts as it lets me get a better idea of how many people like/dislike my posts. As for the pre and post-game chat unfortunately they're both on a different server than the in-game chat is, hence why the reform cards only show in-game chat. Many people try to hide their toxicity by behaving properly when in-game but poorly in pre- and/or post-game, not knowing that Riot can still see what was said in both of them and punish for them accordingly.

It's definitively a ban that was applied in error. I never have a bad pre/post-game behaviour. Considering that, the riot system still didn't explain me why did I get that 14 days ban. The only explanation I saw by connecting into my League of Legends account was those chat logs of one game where I was far from being a negative player. That's the reason I came to this forum to explain my problem and also submitting a ticket to the support about 16 hours ago (still no answer from them). It's kind of sad that I'm also getting downvoted for explaining the injustice that's happening with me and my league account. I will still persevere and try everything I can to get Justice for my cause.

It's also possible that you received the wrong chat logs here and that the ban was correct. Just be patient on the Support Ticket and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I am being very polite and friendly in all my league of legends games and we can even see it in this game on those ''Chat Logs''. Putting compliments like ''smart people'' and putting hearts ''<3'' in the end of my messages without saying anything negative. If instant feedback system wants to show it's not the case, they HAVE to show it. If they did a mistake then they have to change it. I want justice for myself and my account.

Sorry but that's not really a helpful link. If you post the image to an image hosting site like imgur or just copy-paste the chat logs here in their unedited entirety then you can get some feedback on your ban.

Yeah, that's the first time I am trying to link something on a forum post. I usually never do this but in this case, I had to make others know about the injustice that I am living right now with this 14 days ban. :(

Are these logs from this match? Your Soraka game?

There's a lot of questionable things about this particular game, like dieing twice in the enemy base, or your itemization choice. Akali was banned in that game too, I believe. If you get in touch with support, let us know what they tell you.

That's pretty strange, but from what game are these logs? Neither the Soraka game and your most recent Akali game appear to have feeding, where the Soraka game appears intentional.

Believe me, if I was banned for intentionnal feeding, instant feedback would've openly say it's the reason. But the reason instant feedback is showing is the fact that my in-game comms were judged far below the standards of League of legends community and to prouve it, they are showing only one game with 5 comments that have nothing to do with toxicity. The fact that they don't put any valuable reason and don't have a clear explanation about it is showing only one thing : my account is victim of an injustice. If it's not a true statement, we all really want that someone from the support clearly explain the reason of that ''justified'' punishment. All we have for now is an advisor of a forum saying that maybe I had negative comments in pre/post game chat or maybe it was a mistake from Riot. Unfortunately, nothing clear is seen for now.

If there was allot of ''questionable things'' then instant feedback should've tell me about it and saying, for example, that I got that 14 ban for ''intentionnal feeding'' or ''building my champion in a wrong way'' but what they are saying is that I got this 14 days ban for having in-game comments far below the standards of League of Legends community and the only example they are showing is a game where even the advisor of the forum is telling that it's definitively not even earning a chat restriction.

It's possible there's logs from the pre game or post game that aren't showed. It's also possible you were punished for intentional feeding. I'll agree the logs shown do not accurately explain why you were punished. I do feel there is more to this story.
