PSA about your interactions with your jungler

It's not your jungler's job to win your lane..

It's not your jungler's job to gank for you....

It's not your jungler's job to "get you in to the game"..

Your jungler's job is as follows.. Farm Contest Objectives when appropriate (At their discretion ) Try to make plays on lanes (Again at their discretion) Cut off lanes who are hopeless (at their discretion) Try to win

It is not your jungler's responsibility to gank for you. If you are behind it is not your jungler's fault. If you have been ganked three times... Still...Not your jungler's fault. You are responsible for providing vision for your lane as to not die to ganks. It is your job to not overextend. It is your job to know that if you're pushed out that you're at risk for being ganked. If you're being camped it's your job to set up a freeze near your tower and be safe. If you're being camped absorb the pressure and let your team win the rest of the map. Spam pinging your jungler and trying to grief their camps is not an appropriate reaction. Flaming or crying in chat will get you chat restricted. That is not chat's intended purpose just like being your babysitter is not your jungler's intended purpose.

And when the jg does gank, it is their job to check their team mates health and mana/energy and position before just running in and giving the enemy laner a kill.

edit: And if you can wait for both adc and supp to be present. So often I see my jg gank bot lane when either one or both of the laners are backed.

Its not your supports job to heal you Its not your supports job to ward for you Its not your supports job to CC the enemy Its not your support's job to pull your a$$ out of the fire when you dive into the enemy.

Good to know season 8 is well on its way to be the season of "Every player for yourself. Team play out the window" Means my Adcs will be dying alot more, they should learn to handle the enemy adc and support on thier own.

It's not our jobs to do anything but our own jobs, but it sure makes the game easier if we assist each other.

As a top laner I try and pay attention so I can run down and help my Jungler, and I always ward their top side buff at the start. I try to get deep vision in the enemy jungle after a kill in lane, and if my Jungler spends a lot of time bot lane I try to take scuttle so we have that area too. My entire goal as a top laner is to try and draw enough enemy jungle attention that my Jungler can influence the other lanes as they see fit, and when they decide to come top (not really something I want, but it's not like I can stop them) I want them to take the kill.

I don't expect anything from my Jungler in return, but when I successfully do everything as I have said here I truly do appreciate it when my Jungler makes the most of what I'm doing.
