I don't know if there is any way to tell why I'm not getting chests in the UI. I did receive a chat ban a while back but I'm still not earning chests. How long does it take after a ban to start earning them again? Is this reflected anywhere in the UI?
How longs a while back. Also yes until riot thinks your reformed you cant get anything from hextech crafting including mastery 6 and 7 tokens i believe. Now to answer how long it takes to reform depends on how high in the punishment tiers you are, how many times youve been punished as well as how much you play and your attitude when playing.
keep in mind that you can ony recieve chests once per champion per season.
In regards to the behavioral punishment, yes it does affect the loot. You have to play games to get it back.
around 40ish games for a 10 game chat restriction.
Just assume you'll never earn loot again, i had an account that got a punishmenet over a year ago, and still wasnt earning loot. Just give up and make a new acc if you want loot.
Edit: Yes, i made a support ticket, and was copy and pasted some random bs as usual, and yes i went that entire year without any punishments.
