[CLIENT] Got level 30 announcement, can buy T3 Runes in store, Profile still says 17pts to level 30

Just finished a game, got an announcement that I had hit level 30! I went to the store and immediately started buying Tier 3 runes. I went back to my Rune Collection and my 3rd Quintessence slot isn't open - so I went to Profile and it says Level 29, I hovered over it and it says I have 17 more pts to go. It still lets me equip the T3 runes I just don't have that last Quintessence slot!

Sounds like a rounding error.
