How to go G3 to S3 in one week!

  • Don't flame in chat
  • Play your best
  • Mute the toxic teammates (even though they'll keep typing, and it'll still keep hindering the team)
  • No matter how many times you lose, don't feed!

Wait, I thought that's how you climb? Why am I consistently getting at least ONE troll per team. For the past few days, and I'm not lying or exaggerating about this.

A buddy on my list, in high diamond, gave me some tips... "/mute all is a blessing", "don't respond to people while playing, it's a distraction", "don't ever freak out on your teammates", etc... I've been following his advice. Very closely.

Someone from Riot come in here, please, and tell me why I'm falling so hard when I'm keeping my cool in-game, and playing my best (under each individual circumstance).

In short, why am I only getting toxic teammates???

Actually, it is not "play your best". It should be changed to "play better than people in your tier" is how you climb.

Noone drops a whole tier by "unluck" or accident. You do get games with terrible teammates, then you tilt, then you play even more and tilt even more until you play horribly enough you can no longer beat players below your tier. Uninstall the game for 1 week ( im not being rude or sarcastic here ) and try to enjoy anything else than league, you re very likely addicted to it. Also playing support is not a good idea if all you care about is climbing. If you take a break and rewatch some of your games I'm sure you ll notice a lot of bad mistakes that you did that potentially lead to a defeat.

Don't play Solo/Duo, it's not worth it. Play flex everything's not a clown fest there despite the people being completely different elos

Did you suddenly pick up the habit to play just when school is out for kids or at 3 o'clock at night when everyone is too tired to follow up on even their own plays?

Because matchmaking is boosted. A lot of vocal players are diamond + this means they don't feel the problem. In D+ it doesn't' matter you get slightly bad teammates if you are really good. But a do demand from a silver player to be diamond level just to win a game in a long losing streak that the system feeds it down you throat is retarded
