My story is I was banned for two weeks for verbal toxic behavior. I have received a few post-game warnings months before, but didn't think anything of them. My ban was my fault. I understand why I was banned. I understand what I did was wrong and, I understand what I shouldn't do while playing League of Legends. My questions are:

Why didn't I just receive an in-game mute instead of receiving a 2 week ban which caused me to miss URF and other game modes? (This was the first punishment my account has received.)
How long will I be unable to receive free loot?

I'm upset that I've put so much work into my account to have a permanent blemish on it, and I fear that I will never be able to receive anything from Riot ever again. I really just want to know if I will ever be able to receive anything such as free keys, chest, skins from Riot Games ever again.

Your chat was probably bad enough to skip the chat ban.

How long will I be unable to receive free loot?

It takes a while, longer for each tier of punishment. You have to go so many games without getting a legitimate report against you (false reports don't count). But you will get these privileges back.

I got that about 2 months ago, and then about 2 weeks later i started getting loot again. So don't worry, just don't keep doing what you did.

Wish people would just realize if you followed the rules you agree to when playing that this kind of stuff wouldn't happen. If you break the rules don't get mad when you don't get to have rewards.

Well you ignored previous punishments and warnings, the 2 week suspension is a wakethefuckuporloseyouraccount call.

It should be fairly obvious what you should and should not be saying/doing at this point, so either accept the consequences or stop acting out.

If it makes you feel any better I've had an account permanently banned. Lost a lot of work and a lot of money spent on skins.

But, I have this account now.
