Too many bots to level up accounts or farm ip, need consequences!

I´ve made myself a second account now, and while levelling up aswell as right now when playing bot games I have bots on my team every single game. Now I am especially upset as I just finished a game with 4 of those on my team. I´ve been reporting those accounts now for a while, but I never get a message that they are getting banned. You can clearly see, that they are bots by their linear behaviour: always starting with nothing but Lvl 1 boots or no items at all, constantly pushing and dying under the enemy tower, all of them going mid lane every game, not even respecting other players going there, no communication, set up item builds, short disconnects every game, just standing around near the tier 1 or 2 tower for 10-15 minutes before showing up a few seconds before the game ends and many more. I am just tired of this and although I can carry these games and win anyway, I don't want to support this laziness/ business where accounts are sold illegally. However, if I lose on purpose it doesn't matter to them either since they just go into the next game. What I want is stricter banning of these accounts, because it is very obvious when you have one in front of you and although I understand levelling si boring and gathering IP for runes takes too long these bots are illegal and therefore deserve the ban. permanently. I hope Riot gets to see this and becomes a lot stricter so these players loose their money and account for laziness so people stop using those.
The bots are most frequently found in the beginner-bot- but also sometimes in intermediate-bot games. I hope this gets proper attention because it really is an issue.

Yes there is. They are banned in waves. Unfortunately, since Riot doesn't ip ban, and they probably vpn anyways, they can keep coming back.

The best thing Riot can do is make buying botted accounts undesirable, which they do, since you can be banned for them.

I think often, these bot accounts finally get caught/banned once they have been purchased. Or I like to think that is what happens at least.. Bots are frustrating. You see the most of them in ARAM/bot modes. When I got sick of it, I did a normal or two.. I don't think I have run into a bot in a normal summoners rift. Probably something in the programming messes up during pick/ban phase? As you level up, bots seem to be less and less. Like under 10 I got many bots, 10-20 less yet. Now at 21 I rarely, if ever see bots in games. At least once you get through the first part they are minimal.. Still makes the game suck for actual new players who can't carry 2-4 feeding bot teammates. If I had the experience w/ my first account as I did on the alt accounts I made later, I would have quit league after a week rather than playing it for a few years now.. The noob experience is a sucky one for sure in league!! Between the smurfs and bots, glhf ;)

If their icon is a flaming teddy, name starts with 2 words and ends with 4 digits, 90% of the time they're botted account to be sold.
