that support link doesn't have an option for a ticket with what happend to me

I wasn't aware you could just be banned for no reason and no way to submit a ticket to find out this seems like a great game

Submit a ticket in general questions. You didn't get any info because you were banned by a Rioter and not the system. Explain that you want to talk about the ban and they'll send the ticket to the appropriate team.

If you weren't banned for chat then they WANT you contact support to get information on your ban. Them being shady would be if they didn't give you any reason and refused to tell you after contacting support.

They're not being shady, they just want YOU to contact them to tell you and/or explain why you got banned.

Also, if you don't have a date as to when you'll be unbanned or a random date (I forget which it is) then that means you may have been banned for a transaction that failed to go through. Which, after it gets figured out, will result in your account being unbanned.

same situation with me. Says check the email, no email came, i messaged support and they said to post on the boards to get a response from a rioter.
