Hello guys! So today I got permanently suspended. I was playing a game, where I ended 2/12/0. Pretty bad I know, I was playing my champion which I am usually doing fine(average 3 deaths). I got reported by all of my team. When I asked what for they never said a reason. I felt really bad about lol community, team was calling me ''tard'',''kid'' and etc. I never sweared, I never flamed anyone. Even I said '' shaco can you help us at bot'' And he answered ''stfu lucian''. This is not my first ban. I used to be negative, by just giving up when we still could win, of course people did not like that, so they reported me. I agree, It was understandable that I got punished, I was tilting sometime, but I never sweared, I never did hate speech. I got 10 chat restricts, then 25 chat restricts, then 14 days ban. I knew I have to be really positive. I was really changing my self. Being a better person. I was doing my best, not getting bans, getting up in the ladder and doing really fine. But I have to admit there was some bad games I made, doing bad scores and etc. Of course My team manages to report me, for having a bad game. Also I agree that it' s best just to shut up and mute these people, but It' s really hard for me to not answer. I just do not want to be a person, who get' s offended, because of having a bad score. This game I got reported, I was trying to sustain positive environment, but my team was still flaming me, still spamming this ''surrender button''. League is my life. I have been playing this game for 4 years. I really do not know what to do now. I never had any bans on this account, never really had punishments on this account. Just last 3 months I don't know why I got reported and then punished. Is there really anything I can do, to get my account back? I got a lot of skins, a lot of time invested in that account, I just do not want to get it lost. I really feel sad now, and I just want to know If there' s anything that can be done. I would do anything to have this account back.

The path from 14 day to perma is more sensitive than normal because at this point you have already been given 3 chances. If you get to 14 day you have expended all goodwill, and are basically on a knifes edge and any negative behavior will push you off.

Report begging/ Report calling is considered toxic. This is because:

Reports do not lead directly to punishment. They lead to a review of the match for the player being reported. 9 reports are no different than 1 report, it just flags the match for review.

Your report is all that is needed. You don't need to ask others to report, and doing so just causes the accused to rage even harder.

You were also way to engaging with the ragers/trolls. It may not have been your intention, you may not have swore or cursed, but by engaging with the rager or troll you are actively making the situation worse.

Where are the other two games logs? Also, to get permanently banned you most likely had other punishments levied against you. Is this the case?

You can submit a request to support at the top of the page and ask for a manual review. It's unlikely they'll change your ban as you did have three previous punishments.

Its a bot and you use the word retarded. That word automatically triggers the bot. I have a list of the known words that will trigger this stupid bot. So you have to be very careful what you say, even though sht Fuck and all the rest don't get reported. Its purely based on how many reports against you and the keywords in your chat log. Use my name (lol = leagueOfLegends and add dotcom after it) for a place that you can report the others and it won't be removed and a current list of the known trigger words.

Hmm this does seem pretty tame. You do break some rules. Like fishing for reports. There is literally no reason to do so. If you see people breaking the rules, your report alone will do the trick. Also you seem somewhat negative in the chat, but again very tame. The only logic explanation is that you said something Post/Pre Chat. which while flag in the punishment system, doesnt show when they give you the chatlog.

I would contact Support to see if they have more evidence against you.

I wanna see that list. Where can I get a copy. I figure all the obvious hate messages and foul language are on it. Also, I know plenty of standard English words that aren't necessarily negative are also on the list, such as 'report', 'feed', 'ez', 'bad', 'troll', 'scrub', 'n00b', etc.

Once you've been permabaned, the decision is never reversed. There is nothing you can do to get the account back.
