Will I get a Permaban?

Hello,

Today I received 14 days suspend on my account. I know how the system works, and next ban is a perma ban, and also I know that the next step, the system will be more sensitive, because I got punished already 3 times(10 chatrestr.,25, 14 days suspend)

I have a question, I know one guy who got permabanned, after only 1 game proof, and being no toxic for 1 month. The chat logs didnt include anything really toxic. There was only 1 thing= fishing for reports once, at the end of the game.

If I don't use chat at all, but although get reported for example having a bad game(I know some people sometimes report players who are having a bad game. Aka feeding ( not on purpose tho) ) is there a chance I can get permaban?

I am worried, because account contains around 100 skins.

It seems like you already know the system pretty well, to know how things work as far as punishment tiers. Just a couple things to keep in mind: -While the guy may have only been shown one game of proof in his reform card for his permaban, that does not mean he was only banned based on that one game. The reform card shows examples of recent games, but it is not an all-inclusive list of every game a player is reported in.
-The higher the punishment tier, the longer it takes for a player to drop down to a lower one. If you are at the 25 game chat restriction, it may only take a few weeks of playing with no reports to drop back down to the next lower level (i.e. the 10 game chat restriction.) But if you are at the 14 day temporary suspension tier, it can take quite a while. I've seen it take anywhere from 6 weeks to 7 months. It all depends on how much you play, and whether you are being reported and flagged by the system as still being toxic.
-If you are not chatting, and not being toxic, then you cannot be banned for saying anything toxic. As far as having a bad game, the system is quite lenient towards this. Riot does not want to accidentally punish innocent players because they had a bad matchup, or simply were outplayed, so unless you are running it down mid with 6 tears of the goddess on Zac, you should be fine. A player has to be doing something obvious to be punished for intentionally feeding.
-One of the biggest things that people get caught up in, is "my team was flaming me, I had to defend myself." There's a big difference in defending yourself, and retaliating in a flame war. One of which will get you banned at this stage. At this point, you know the dangers of arguing or insulting your team. And you've seen first hand what happens if you start calling for reports. As long as you don't let the opinions of little twits on the internet matter more to you than the account and skins that you've earned and purchased, you should be fine. Best of luck in the future.

No you won't get banned for just doing poorly especially since permanent bans have to go through manual review. I'd discourage selling all your items and buying 6 tears at the end of the game as that may trip someone up reviewing your account.

As far as the chat logs it gives you -- it can be weird sometimes and only pull one but may refer to several others. One game alone of being reported shouldn't push you to the next level unless that game's behavior was truly awful.

From Riot Tantram:

You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.

Unintentional poor play is not punishable, and as long as you're not doing anything punish worthy in-game, in champ select or in the post game lobby then you won't be punished simply for having a bad game or two.

As far as the other guy goes, generally punishments only escalate to 2-week or permaban status if the chat behavior is extremely poor (i.e. hate speech, racist comments, death threats, etc.) or if the player in question was trolling/griefing via gameplay. He should contact Riot Support if he wants to get more info about his ban.
