14 day ban LOL

So ... Just played an Aram. Had a morgana who intentionally was trolling. Flashing for heals. Taking every single heal with FULL life, just got get from 3/4 mana to full. Teammates were almost dead, less than 1/2 life, etc, and she would take them. Was asked not to over and over by teammates. Finally I asked enemy team to report her for trolling, when asked why I explained and the enemy taric starts arguing with me telling me you can't report for that, taking health isn't trolling. When you're flashing for health nodes just because you're missing 1/4 mana, and taking every single one, or sitting on a health node spot for 2 minutes waiting for it to respawn so no one else can get it, that is trolling. I never swore at her, wasn't toxic towards her, just asked the enemy team to report. She the says later on to me "YOU'RE A FUCKING RETARD YOU FUCKING IDIOT FUCKING DEFEND YOU STUPID FUCK" andt hen "Lucian you're a trash can i hope you copy and paste, gj taric im reporting too" So she swears at me, calls me names, all I did was ask for her to be reported a few seperate times over seperate incidents, and I'm the one that gets banned? This has confirmed that Riot caters and likes trolls, that trolls and intentional feeders are welcomed, but even the slightest tiniest bit toxic (asking for someone to be reported) receives no punishment. You can swear at me and call me names, but i ask for you to be reproted, and I get the 14 day ban. And yes that's the only game chat it shows inside of my ban log. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I'm done with riot, you have gone to crap as the years progress. Your banning system is garbage. Just done.
