Wow Riot - Some Great Report System You Have
Jg last picks graves into heavy enemy cc and burst comp where we have no frontline besides me as a bruiser. He will literally be unable to teamfight w/o getting deleted, so he needs to gank hard and often to build team a lead... but never once ganks for anyone. I'm counter-picked and regularly ganked by a WARWICK jg... not an easy thing to deal with early. But somehow - w/o any help from team... I still demolish my opponent. My entire team loses across the map.
If I group 5, they refuse to commit to a 5v4 fight and freak out about enemy top splitpushing. If I split, graves is constantly flaming me for not grouping and being selfish. "You're name suits you well" (terrible player). They have the waveclear to 4v4 stall by towers and ward up to let me split, win 1v1's and take tower, stall enemy 1v2 and give them a winning 4v3 or let me shove in and rotate/tp flank to give us 5v4 which we can win. But rather than be a teammate, graves is afk farming jg while team has to 4v3 or he's solo pushing side lane. Which would be FINE IF he had actual map pressure. But he never pushes wave to tower and never hits a tower... just afk farming while my 3 teammates get screwed. He can't 1v1 anyone on enemy team except support and my team can't 3v3 w/o committing to full on fight which they lose. Meaning... he gets nothing at all accomplished splitting - still giving enemy advantage when they rotate and kill his ass... while simultaneously our 3 man still gets screwed. Leaving me unable to punish 1v1 because I'll get rotated on and 5 manned or we'll lose our inhib tower and inhib if I don't back off. And this graves has the nerve to tell me that keeping my lane opponent under tower and looking to make rotation plays/tp flanks is "doing nothing". That I'm being useless and selfish and costing the game. That I'm a terrible player.
Do you do anything about this boosted toxic jungler? No. Instead, because I tell him he's an idiot after having his pings, chat, and/or play screw our entire team over and harass all his teammates for 20+ min... I get chat restricted. If you really wanted justice and decent in-game community... you'd be banning assholes like that graves who call people stupid for asking them NICELY multiple times over the course of 20 min to group and help their team instead of doing stuff that puts them AND their team behind and flaming their teammates who are doing FAR MORE/BETTER to help each other out.
If you had some jerk at work harassing you, making fun of you and your co-workers, and stealing all of your (plural - you and co-workers) stuff... would you logically expect your boss to fire YOU because you call the guy an asshole or punch him after his harassment and toxicity goes unpunished for weeks? No. Any boss that does that should be FIRED from THEIR job. Because they are FAILING to protect their employees from workplace violence and bullying. They are not providing a safe, fun, or acceptable workplace environment. That's exactly what YOU are doing by allowing assholes like that graves to harass, feed, screw over their entire team, and blame everyone else without facing any consequences (beyond lost lp) for it. At a certain point if someone doesn't shut up and stop being an asshole - they deserve a punch in the face. Telling someone they're an idiot when they've been doing far worse for a much longer time w/o facing any consequences is doing just that. It's punching an asshole in the face like they deserve because Riot doesn't do anything about the asshole when he gets reported. If you don't take action... the people will. It's not them being toxic... it's them standing up for others and themselves because YOU won't.
