No longer toxic to say EZ?

Is it no longer toxic to say EZ?

I remember getting reported for saying vague things that were still considered toxic. I once got muted for 5 games. So i've stopped being toxic altogether.

I was saying things like: -''EZ'' for when it was easy. -''Surrender at 20''? For when i know the that the ops will surrender. -''4v6,'' for when we have a player who's not intentionally feeding, but still feeding; making it feel like he's helping the ops.

Many examples. Vague behaviors that were still considered toxic.

I wanna know if :''EZ'' is still toxic when you can actually unlock something in the game that clearly states ''EZ'' and i'm not talking about Ezreal.
